TERMS OF USE

In return for gaining access to the websites, mobile websites, applications, and other content (collectively, the "Service") of AO SWAG (together with its affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, and employees, "AO SWAG") and using the Service, you agree to be bound by the following Agreement without limitation or qualification. Please carefully review this Agreement before proceeding.

If you do not intend to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, do not access or use the Service. You shall not use the Service, in whole or in part, for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions (the "Terms").

Your use of the Services shall be subject to this Agreement and the terms and policies referenced herein, including AO SWAG's Privacy Policy, and any applicable terms of service, privacy policies, and other application-specific conditions.

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, frame in another web page, use on any other website, transfer, or sell any information, software, user lists, databases, products, or services provided through or obtained from the Service.
• Engage in "screen scraping," "database scraping," or any activity aimed at obtaining lists of users or information from the Service.
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with others’ enjoyment of it.
• Attempt to obtain materials or information through means not intentionally made available via the Service.
• Access password-protected, secure, or non-public areas of the Service without written permission. Unauthorized attempts may lead to prosecution.

You acknowledge that AO SWAG may, from time to time, update or revise certain provisions of this Agreement. By using the Service and accepting this Agreement, you agree that AO SWAG may change the terms at its sole discretion without prior notice.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We may modify our Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. Any modifications will be posted on our corporate website, or through other communications, as deemed appropriate.

CONTRACT TO PURCHASE

Only individuals 18 years and older may place orders through the website. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email which creates a contract to purchase the products. When ordering online and you click the "Place Order" button, a confirmation screen and, if applicable, a confirmation email will be presented. Your contract to purchase is not considered complete until the items are shipped.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with your purchase! Products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt, when returned in accordance with our Return Policy set forth below.

RETURN POLICY

• If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please cut out and use the label on your packing slip to return your package within 30 days, provided the items have not been used or washed.
• Choose a return reason and include the slip with the item in your package, using the shipper of your choice.
• Our staff will issue a credit for the products within 10 days of receiving your return.
• If an item is deemed non-returnable, we will contact you directly.
• Please contact customer service before returning orders larger than $250.00.
• If you have a defective product, contact Customer Service for instructions at customerservice@aoswag.com or call 972-471-5400.
• If returning a gift, you must include the order number or packing slip. Mail it to:

  Additional Return Notes

  • Personalized or customized items may not be returned unless they are found to be defective.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order directly on the website and return the original product for a refund.
  • Freight will be credited to your account for defective products only.
